Here the police lied about me having Schizophrenia, having a history of being assaultive and combative towards police officers, me being off my medications for several days along with that they should be "cautious" around me. I believe that the police were also told "suicide by cop" which led me to believe that the Commonwealth tried to get me shot (attempted murder - lying in wait). Lying in wait Murder is when someone basically the act of waiting for the victim so that they can attack and kill them. It is not much different than setting up a trap with the intent of taking someone's life when the person comes upon it. The government engaged in some of the most serious misconduct in the violation of someone's rights and they were well aware that all of theses statements were untrue and that most of what they did was unlawful.
