Government makes up Witness Intimidation Against a Judge Charges
I was charged with witness Intimidation Against a Judge, Disrupting a Court Proceeding, and Vandalizing Property. The Vandalization of property was not necessarily an inappropriate charge however, based on the totality of circumstances it wasn't something that they should have charge me. The state engaged in the most lengthy egregious unlawful conduct against an individual that anyone has ever been subjected too that led to serious mental health damage done as a result and because they have continued on their agenda they should be unable to prosecute me for most crimes that are committed that are minor in nature and not done for the sake of being able to commit a crime because I am not able to be prosecuted for it. The Government made me an offer of dropping the Witness Intimidation Charges and the Disrupting a court proceeding charges and they will give me a General Continuance for 1 year and if I don't take the deal, if it goes to trial and if I am found guilty they will give me 2 and 1/2 years in jail.
