(This is achievable for me only if my case gets public attention)

Assisted Suicide (Massachusetts & Federal)
*Making it Unlawful at both the State & Federal Level to persuade/attempt/influence an unlawful suicide.

Outrageous Government Conduct - Entrapment (State & Federal)
*Making it unlawful for Law Enforcement to engage in egregious conduct that causes (legal cause) individuals to engage criminal behavior and then prosecuting those who commit those crimes (this should be a question for a jury if the judge doesn't deem the conduct outrageous enough because the government should not be the sole determinant of its own conduct).

Reasonable Peron Standard & Culpability of the Mental Ill
*Changing the law to appropriately factor in Mental Health Symptomology in both Criminal and Civil Liability along with increase the liability of those who Harass and commit crimes against those who suffer from Mental Illness's.

Mandatory Reporting Laws
*Making it Mandatory to Report certain crimes to the Authorities that are being/or about to be committed against the disabled, children, elderly etc. as long as it is safe to do so.

Due Process Violations in Disenfranchisement of Criminals
In the United States a conviction for a minor (some felonies are included in the definition of minor) criminal offense can affect the rest of someone's life. Some prosecutors refuse to let certain individuals by without pleading to a criminal offense and this shouldn't affect the rest of someone's life.  There should be a process in all states and at the federal level to allow most criminal offenses to be expunged provided enough time has passed and the individual has demonstrated good behavior and that they are in need of an expungement.
